Pillows Hotel Cebu

Absolutely loved the all-day breakfast! Unlike other hotels, Pillows Hotel lets you order breakfast at any time, a real treat. The location is perfect for grabbing a bite out or doing some shopping nearby. The staff were super accommodating, especially when I needed more pillows and extra towels. The room was cozy and clean.

Cramped bathroom.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to business center, near all main points in the city, the attractions in the city and the Robinson mall and Mango. The service here was great.

Exceptionally clean hotel, loved to be next to a mall and food chains, many shops, and close by restaurants thanks to reasonable location. We were upgraded to premium quadruple room with a better quality on check in.

Unexpected charm in simple stay

The staff were accommodating, with breakfast delivered promptly every morning. The location was great, nestled near local eateries and a supermarket.

I did experience issues with the internet connectivity on the third floor, which disrupted my work. The inconsistency with hot water made showering unpredictable.

The hotel was great affordable and modern with accommodating personnel on the night shift. Our room was reasonably spacious and provided with bathrooms as well as a great shower. The cafe served variety of meals for breakfast. Everything was simply good.

The cozy vibe of my room. Pillows were super comfy, perfect for restful nights. Room service was prompt, and breakfast was included. The location was central, close to local eateries and supermarkets, easy to grab a bite when needed. I appreciated the drinking water dispensers on each floor-they were convenient for refills. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, a minor downside. The lighting in the room could be brighter, as it was quite dim for reading. The staff were warm and accommodating, going out of their way to assist with requests. I wish the breakfast area had more variety and less congestion as it felt cramped during peak times.

We loved the cozy vibe of our room, and the kids enjoyed having pet-friendly spaces to roam around. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, and I particularly appreciated the delicious meals at the tiny restaurant. It really seemed like home.

It was just a balanced option for a quick break in Cebu with good value for money. The free newspaper every day was a nice touch that added to the experience. Consider asking for a room with better light if you prefer a brighter space.

great stay but breakfast area needs improvement

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. I loved the city view from my window, a nice touch while I enjoyed my morning coffee. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any inquiries I had.
